1, College or above, more than 2 years of employment training related experience in the same industry, head hunting experience is preferred;

2, Familiar with various recruitment channels, good at integrating resources, with good insight and discrimination ability;

3. There are rich experience in training management and organization.

4. Active initiative, strong responsibility and work.

1. It is responsible for investigating the company's annual recruitment needs and formulating the annual recruitment plan.

2,  Responsible for the company's social recruitment and the implementation of the campus recruitment, to meet the needs of the company.

3,  Responsible for the development and maintenance of recruitment channels, the use of various recruitment channels to quickly meet the needs of the company's talent; 

4,  Responsible for the company to build the training system, develop internal trainers training mechanism;

5. Responsible for the company's annual training demand survey, making annual training plans, organizing and tracking training, and doing well the application of training results. 

6, Other work in the Department's leadership arrangement.
