Job Responsibilities ：
1. It is responsible for investigating the company's annual recruitment needs and formulating the annual recruitment plan.
2, Responsible for the company's social recruitment and the implementation of the campus recruitment, to meet the needs of the company.
3, Responsible for the development and maintenance of recruitment channels, the use of various recruitment channels to quickly meet the needs of the company's talent;
4, Responsible for the company to build the training system, develop internal trainers training mechanism;
5. Responsible for the company's annual training demand survey, making annual training plans, organizing and tracking training, and doing well the application of training results.
